Trade Account Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“OverExport Ghana”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to OverExport Ghana and its authorised representatives.

“Trade Account” means an approved business purchasing account issued under the OverExport Ghana Trade Account Programme.

“Account Holder” means the business entity approved for participation in the programme.

2. Eligibility

Trade Accounts are available only to legally registered businesses operating within Ghana.

Applicants must provide accurate business registration details and a valid GRA TIN.

OverExport Ghana reserves the right to approve, reject or revoke any Trade Account.

3. Pricing & Discounts

Trade discounts apply to the prevailing retail price list at the time of order.

Trade pricing may not be combined with promotions, special offers, project quotations or clearance pricing unless approved in writing.

Project-specific pricing must be agreed in writing before an order is placed.

5. Payment Terms

• Trade Tier — Payment before dispatch until three completed orders.
• Partner Tier — Up to 60 days from invoice date.
• Elite Tier — Up to 90 days from invoice date.

6. Orders, Stock & Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in goods passes to the Account Holder upon delivery.

7. Returns & Warranty

Returns may be accepted within 14 days if products remain unused and in original packaging.

Special-order and clearance products are generally non-returnable.

8. Confidentiality

Trade pricing and programme benefits are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

9. Account Reviews & Tier Changes

Trade Accounts may be reviewed periodically and tiers adjusted based on spend, payment history and business activity.

10. Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of non-payment, misuse or breach of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

OverExport Ghana’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods giving rise to a claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
